Biography - Jonathan Hoch
I remember starting strength training when I was 11 years old, going to the gym with my father and brothers in order to succeed more in sports. Throughout my years playing on traveling sports teams I grew to love coaching others.
When I began to see teammates and friends get injured and not recover, I felt a dire need to do something about it. Now fast forward and I have the pleasure of helping people gain clarity around their bodies. Teaching others how to move, eat, and how to get there reasonably without sacrificing everything else in life.
I’ve always loved the gym and the fields, from the hard work you put into the reflection that comes with it. I also love learning new ways to attack the same issue, and that in its essence is what we do as coaches. Often what I find is that what works for me will not work so well for the next person.
