Laura lives in Connecticut and works as a mentor and remote coach for Active Life Rx. She was introduced to Active Life through the owners of her gym and after taking Immersion, quickly found the doors opened wide to the people she could help.

While her background is in Biology and Education, she has been coaching for over ten years and considers herself a lifelong learner.
