The Knee Pain Workshop is a 90 minute, online training that might be right for you if:

  • You’ve got aches or pains that have been holding you back
  • You don't know why some movements hurt while others feel fine
  • You have to modify your activity around certain movements that cause you issues
  • You’ve tried things like stretching, foam rolling, rehab exercises or physical therapy, but nothing has seemed to help

Here’s the deal: after working with thousands of clients, we’ve found that our programs actually WORK BETTER when you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. This is why education is so important.

With that said, this workshop teaches you the first 3 educational lessons that our clients learn when they work with us.

What you'll learn:

  • Load versus capacity (what causes injury, aches and pains and how to avoid them)
  • The “pain rules” that help you understand when it’s okay to push through pain and when it isn’t (because avoiding pain ISN’T always the answer and could be holding you back)
  • Understanding the language around pain and injuries. This dramatically increases your ability to recover by improving your internal dialogue about your pain.

What you'll get:

  • A virtual movement assessment so you can understand what's causing your pain
  • A movement screen scorecard that helps you understand the self assessment results
  • Pre-recorded versions of the educational lessons that are in the workshop so that you can refer back to them again in the future

By the end of the workshop, you should better understand what's causing your aches and pains, why other solutions haven’t worked, and what you can do to avoid pain in the future.

While this workshop is PACKED with valuable content that you can keep forever, you may get to the end of it and still want more help than we can offer in a 90 minute workshop.
