Program Structure
6 months of support including:

Weekly calls with an Active Life Lead Professional
Individualized programming & education delivered remotely
Intentional repetitisions, with feedback, in conducting movement assessments, relevant force capacity testing, summary of findings, and crafting functional diagnosis

After completing this Program, AL-Ps will be able to:

Interpret assessment findings to reveal key client roadblocks to guide programming
Integrate education, lifestyle, and mindset into programming
Create a written summary of findings and functional diagnosis
Set client specific KPIs and milestone markers
Gain insight through personal experience as a client
Demonstrate improved ability to deliever high-quality service
Elevate coaching across all phases across the client journey
